Foundations of Energy Healing
Course structure
The course is taught over four 90-minute sessions, with practice periods in between. To be successful in this course you must be able to commit to practicing for at least 10 minutes everyday in your own time.
Session themes include:
- Foundations, safety and self-sensing
- Guided grounding and sensing exercises
- In-person healing, consent and boundaries
- Distance healing and non-local awareness
- Integration, discernment and sustainability
- Simple practices to use between sessions
The one to two month practice periods between sessions allow skills to develop through experience rather than theory alone. In person support is available between lessons.
You do not need prior experience. You only need a willingness to engage and a commitment to practise.
