Terms and Conditions
By booking a session, package, or service with Feather and Flame, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, respect and a positive experience for all clients.
Services Offered
Feather and Flame provides holistic support through: Tarot readings and Reiki (distance energy healing)
These services are provided online or in person.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
- You agree to book services for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise arranged.
- We reserve the right to decline service where appropriate, including where the service is not a suitable fit for your needs.
Disclaimer
- Our services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice or treatment.
- Reiki and Tarot are complementary and spiritual tools for reflection, empowerment and personal growth.
- By participating, you take full responsibility for your decisions and wellbeing.
Bookings & Payment
- All sessions must be booked in advance.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings will not be affected by future price adjustments.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a 75% refund.
- No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for completed sessions.
- For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, unless the package has begun.

Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. Your information will never be shared without your consent, unless required by law (e.g. risk of harm to self or others). Records are stored securely in line with our Privacy Policy.
Client Responsibility
- You agree to attend your session on time.
- If you are attending an online session you are responsible for ensuring it is in a private and distraction-free setting.
- You agree to engage respectfully and honestly in the process.
- You accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken following your session.
Intellectual Property
All written materials, content and imagery shared by Feather and Flame remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, shared or redistributed without written permission.
Technology & Access
- Online sessions are delivered via secure video platforms (e.g. Discord or Zoom). You are responsible for ensuring you have a reliable internet connection.
- If technical issues prevent a session from going ahead, we will reschedule at no cost to you.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, especially if behaviour is abusive, discriminatory or in violation of these terms.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and we aim to hold space for flexibility while honouring the time and energy that goes into preparing each session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged at 25% of the session fee.
- No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late to your session, we will do our best to honour your full appointment time, but this may not always be possible due to scheduling.
- If it is not possible to honour the full appointment time where sessions start late due to client delay they will still be charged at the full rate.
Rebooking & Emergencies
- We understand that unexpected events happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please get in touch, we will do our best to accommodate you compassionately.
- You are always welcome to rebook at a time that works better for you.
Refunds
- Unless specified in writing by your Feather and Flame practitioner at the time of booking refunds are not offered for completed sessions.
- Sessions cancelled in line with the 24-hour policy may be refunded or credited toward a future booking.
Time Zone Awareness
- Please ensure your appointment time is correctly adjusted to your local time zone if you are booking from outside the UK.

Refund Policy
We pour care and intention into every service we offer. As a small, independent practice, we appreciate your understanding of the policies that help us continue offering heart-led support.
Refund Eligibility
- Completed sessions are non-refundable unless specified in writing by your Feather and Flame practitioner at the time of booking. This includes both Tarot readingsand Reiki sessions as time, energy and preparation are invested in every service.
- Refunds will be offered in full if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your session.
- Partial refunds (75%) may be available for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- No refunds are issued for missed appointments or no-shows.
- If we feel the service you have booked is not suitable for your needs we reserve the right to refuse service, in this instance you will receive a full refund.
Credit Toward Future Sessions
In some cases, especially with compassionate circumstances, your cancelled session fee may be applied as credit toward a future booking. Please reach out to discuss.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written notice.

If you feel dissatisfied or unsure about a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your session. We are committed to open, respectful dialogue and will always seek to resolve concerns in alignment with our values.
