Tarot Readings – More Details

At Feather and Flame we offer tarot readings in person at organised events and by video call from the comfort of your own home.
While tarot can provide glimpses into possibilities, it’s important to remember that it’s not a tool for predicting a fixed fate. Instead, it helps individuals explore different paths and make conscious choices.

Tarot Reading: £50 per 45 minute session

ASA Guidance
ASA published online advice entitled ‘Psychics, spiritualists, fortune tellers, astrologers and clairvoyants.’ they state that anyone marketing tarot should not mislead the public with their advertising and not make promises that products can predict the future.
Additional ASA advice ‘Guidance on making responsible ads for spiritual and psychic services, astrologers and lucky charms’. The webpage states that ‘This guidance explains how these marketers can promote their advice, services and products without being misleading or irresponsible and without exploiting consumers who may be especially vulnerable.’ The ASA also provided a document called Spiritual and Psychic Services: Advertising Guidance (non-broadcast). The document lays out clear key points that marketers must abide by and offers advice on wording aspects of psychic and spiritual services.
The key points are:
Any testimonials used should be genuine.
Marketers should hold documentary evidence to prove any claims that are capable of objective substantiation.
Marketers should not mislead or exploit vulnerable people.
Claims about successfully solving problems or improving health, etc. should be avoided because they are likely to be impossible to prove.
Claims of ‘help offered’ should be replaced with ‘advice’.
References to healing should refer to spiritual rather than physical healing.
Claims relating to the accuracy of readings or guaranteed results should not be made unless they are backed up by appropriate evidence.
Claims relating to the length of time that a marketer has been established should be backed up by evidence.
Money-back guarantees should be clear and genuine.
