I trained in Usui Reiki, following the traditional sequences exactly but something inside me wanted a more fluid, intuitive approach. Over time, I began experimenting, letting go of rigid rules and listening to my intuition instead. After a profound kundalini rising experience, my sensitivity and connection deepened. I discovered I could send energy in short, potent 10-minute bursts without losing depth or effectiveness.
Practising on friends confirmed the results: clarity, pain relief, emotional release, warmth and calm, sometimes within minutes. I now offer 10-minute sessions for mood lifting, pain relief, migraines or preparing for future events. I can design a session tailored specifically to your needs.
To make trying something new easier, your first session is on a trust basis — you only pay if it works for you.

What does “trust-based payment” mean?
It means you can receive your first 10-minute session with no upfront fee and afterwards you pay what feels right for you, anywhere from £0 to £15.
This could be based on your experience, your current circumstances or simply what feels energetically aligned in your heart.
Why do you offer this?
Because I know that trying a new healing modality can feel vulnerable.
I want your first experience to feel safe, supported and pressure-free.
This approach allows you to feel the energy before deciding its value for yourself.
Do I have to explain why I choose a certain amount?
No, never.
Your payment choice is private and honoured without question.
This is a trust-based system. I trust you to choose what feels right.
What if I feel something but I’m not sure it “worked”?
Energy doesn’t always move in ways that are immediate or dramatic.
Sometimes it’s subtle, gentle or unfolds over the next 24–48 hours.
You are welcome to pay based on your honest experience, whether subtle or profound.
If you genuinely felt nothing at all, choosing £0 is perfectly okay.
Can I use the trust-based option more than once?
The trust-based offer is available once per person, for your first energy healing 10 minute session.
After that, sessions are the usual £15.
This keeps the offer fair and balanced for everyone.
Do I need to book differently for a trust-based session?
You book the same way you would book any other session, just click on the booking tab for more details.

After the session, I’ll send you the link to choose your contribution.
What if my financial situation is difficult right now?
You are still welcome here.
If you need your first session to be a gift, received with no cost, that is completely okay.
This offering exists to make healing accessible without shame or pressure.
How do I make the payment afterwards?
After your session, I’ll send a short message along with a link where you can choose any amount from £0 to £15.
It’s quick, simple and completely honour-based.
Will you be upset if I choose £0?

Can I use the trust-based offer with a full one-hour Reiki session?
No, the trust-based offer is only for the 10-minute crystal-enhanced mini sessions.
Longer sessions require deeper preparation, grounding and energetic work.
Is this the same as “free healing”?
No.
It’s not free, it’s trust-based.
You are invited to give whatever feels right but there is an energetic exchange between us whether you choose money or not.
